This role provides you with an opportunity to leverage your prior HR experience and grow your career. You will be part of the North America HR team at ManpowerGroup’s Global Headquarters where you will provide outcome-based coaching and consulting in support of the Corporate Functional teams. In partnership with the People Culture Partner and broader PC team, the People Culture Consultant will provide consulting/coaching to the Headquarters functional teams in support of business priorities to include talent acquisition, talent planning and development, organizational development change management, performance optimization, rewards recognition.
Lead and execute key people practices in support of strategic priorities for the Corporate Functions in collaboration with managers and the People Culture teamCoach people managers and employees in the interpretation and understanding of company policies, talent strategies and people practices to drive engagement and resultAssume a consultative approach in partnering with managers and employees, asking the right questions leading to informed business recommendations or solutionsConduct/lead internal investigations for staff employees, leading to the successful resolution of the issuePartner with the People Culture Partner and functional teams on strategic priorities and high impact projectsEmbrace our cultural attributes, encouraging and promoting the right behaviors, actions and decisionsThis is a Onsite Position coming into ManpowerGroup World Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI - Hybrid Schedule
