Analytics Consultant Chennai

 

This role involves coaching team members on Agile principles, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, and removing obstacles that hinder progress. The Scrum Master works closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality products in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. Strong understanding of budgeting and resource management principles. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Visual studio).

 

Ideally you will also have:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration. Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints. Monitor project budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying potential financial risks. Manage resource allocation effectively, ensuring that team members are utilized efficiently and effectively. Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder the team's progress, including budgetary issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Prepare and present reports on project status, budget utilization, and resource management to senior management.
