About Job
The PBP 3t China is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of People & Culture activities across the project during conceptional, basic and detailed design, construction C&Q, PQ, Validation and future site organization until final approval. As a member of insulin core team, the position will hold overall responsibilities for the successfully staffing of the Insulin program, effective strategic workforce planning, optimal investment in Upskilling and Reskilling, talent density and diversity across M&S, seize the Insulin program as opportunity to hire for the future and accelerate the development of our internal talents.
· Articulating a high-level people roadmap for the program and monitoring achievements versus budget/timelines/objectives
· Ensuring consistency across P&C and enabling synergies across China and Germany, and across M&S
l Bring to life the people agenda by advising, influencing and providing coaching to business leadership teams
l Cooperation with Insulink IFF PBP lead and global M&S P&C team
l Contribute to the Global SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning) by providing perimeter view
l Advice and facilitate the business/organization changes (e.g., mergers, divestiture, etc.) in conjunction with other People Business Partners
l Drive the talent agenda with business leaders, by establishing talent reviews and quality succession plans to build best-in-class talent density and follow through key development activities and engage with talents
l Leverage local people insights to support local initiatives/projects and to provide voice of customer for any global initiatives
l Promote Sanofi DEI and culture through Your Voice and people engagement actions
l Coordinate and manage the perimeter projects to overcome people challenges or upskill/reskill initiatives in close partnership with local P&C teams
l Build and leverage internal and external networks to achieve desired results for the benefit of the Company
