About the Role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to SLT to define talent strategies for employees in Cross Divisional teams (Corporate Functions). You will collaborate closely with global and regional leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, support organizational transformation, talent initiatives, enhance performance, culture and engagement.  Additionally, you will work with Corporate Center of Excellence (COE) teams and global/divisional HR Capability Center teams to support execution of HR strategies, initiatives, and policies.

Regional & Country Responsibilities: You will support HR strategies aligning with broader organizational goals, while also addressing country or regional specific regulatory and legal responsibilities, cultural nuances, and local site initiatives.

What You Will Do

Partner with functional leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into aligned HR solutions.

Support organizational design, change management efforts to ensure optimal business outcomes.

HR consulting and act as a trusted advisor on a broad range of HR topics, including Talent Management, workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.

Identify skill gaps and partner with the global / divisional Capability Center to implement upskilling and reskilling strategies.

Support and drive people cycle activities for the functions such as compensation reviews, talent reviews, performance reviews, succession planning and leadership development across the functions.

Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Rewards etc.) and People Enablement team to develop and deliver suitable HR solutions for the functions.

Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and address trends (attrition, internal mobility etc.)

Lead and contribute to HR projects that impact the functions globally or regional where applicable.

What You Need to Be Successful

Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

8-10+ years’ experience in related work experience, with 5+ years of experience in supporting senior business leaders.

Experience in working in a global matrixed organization ideally in the automotive, manufacturing, consumer electronics or technology industry.

Experience in organizational design, change management, and leadership development.

Experience in and demonstrated ability to translate business needs into HR strategies and action plans.

Demonstrated ability to influence and guide business leaders while driving alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.

Skills in using and interpreting data analytics to inform and drive decision making.

Ability to work across different regions, balancing global consistency and standards with local and regulatory relevance where appropriate.

Digitally fluent and harnesses the power of data analytics and digital tools to automate processes, enhance user experiences, and streamline workflows.

What Makes You Eligible

Availability to travel up to 10% domestically as required.

Willingness to work remotely in hybrid setting with commute to Stamford, CT, Novi, or Home Office.

Salary Ranges:

$ 123,750 - $ 181,500
