ROLE SUMMARY
The People and Organization Executive plays a key role in supporting the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, employee engagement initiatives, and operational support for People and Organization functions.

ROLE PROFILE

Manage documentation for onboarding, promotions, and exits.Support employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in organizing town halls, social events, and employee recognition programs.Assist employees with People and Organization related inquiries and provide timely support.Collaborate with teams to design and deliver initiatives supporting Emiratization and UAE national talent engagement.Assist in tracking performance cycles and collecting relevant data for reviews.Maintain HR system data accuracy and prepare basic reports as required.Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling and candidate communication.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or related field.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.Strong Communications and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
