Provide support and clerical expertise to Human Resources Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you will do
• In charge of Internal Testing Tools management - Benchmark Standards Testing App, random check the results, follow up with each departments by email and share the result at the end of month by email;
• Department monthly training status follow up and record.
• In charge of Online English Learning data collection and share in team monthly;
• In charge of Department Training Record,
• In charge of Grooming Champion;
• In charge of Workday Online Learning Champion;
• Learning & Development marketing via email, posters and board;
• In charge of Intern Activity ideas generate, activity marketing, organize and HR account sharing;
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized learning room area;
What you bring
• Complete all payroll records for proper signature.
• Run monthly, quarterly and annual reports from HR computer system.
• Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.
• Check HR internal mailbox and post outgoing HR mail.
