What You’ll Do

Support smooth employee onboarding and offboarding in line with global processes

Manage local benefits, maintain HR data, and support payroll preparations

Advise managers and employees on HR policies, tools, and services

Drive local initiatives around culture, well-being, and diversity & inclusion

Coordinate and deliver engaging internal HR communications

Support annual people processes such as performance reviews and engagement surveys

Promote effective use of HR tools like Workday and provide reporting support

Contribute to local and global HR projects that shape our culture and employee experience

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years’ experience in HR, internal communications, or a related field

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Communications, or related discipline

Strong organizational and project management skills

Fluent in Slovak and English

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented, ethical, and proactive in approach
