We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy People Analytics & Technology Co-Op Student or Intern to join our People Analytics & Technology team. This role is ideal for a student passionate about HR technology, data integrity, and process improvement. You will support the day-to-day operations of our HR systems, including UKG and ICM, and play a key role in ensuring smooth system functionality and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities:
System Access Management:
Process and track user access requests for HR systems (UKG and ICM) Maintain user roles and permissions in accordance with internal policies
Reporting & Analytics:
Inbox & Ticket Management:
System Testing & Support:
Documentation & Process Improvement:
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, People Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Strong interest in HR systems and data management Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Familiarity working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) is an asset Experience with UKG, ICM, or similar HRIS platforms is an asset

Office Location: 3330 Bloor Street West, Toronto OR 75 Corporate Park Drive, St. Catharines. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
