Infobip is seeking a People Analytics Senior Specialist to turn data into actionable insights that shape how we attract, develop, and retain talent. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with HR and business leaders, design impactful dashboards, and bring clarity to complex data through compelling visualizations and storytelling. What you'll do:
Design and deliver insightful people metrics, dashboards, and reports that help stakeholders make data-informed decisions.
Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful analytics.
Build and maintain dashboards in Workday and Power BI, ensuring they are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.
Create clear, compelling reports and visualizations that tell the story behind the data.
Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to ensure accuracy and trust.
Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to understand data and test, troubleshoot, and optimize data feeds from Workday to Power BI.
Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests with speed and clarity using best tools available (Workday, PowerBI, Excel etc.)
Stay curious and continuously explore new ways to improve reporting, visualization, and analytics capabilities across the people function.
What you'll bring:
A university degree in Psychology, HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of creating reports, providing engaging analysis and data insights (trends etc.)
Deep understanding of HR metrics, people processes, and data storytelling.
Collaboration skills for understanding business needs and matching to metrics.
Strong Excel skills for ad-hoc analysis.
Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams as well as working directly with company leadership.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Nice to have (but not required):
Workday reporting experience or reporting in similar HR tool (SAP, SuccessFactors, HiBob etc.)
Understanding of how to ensure good data integrity
Experience in Power BI or another visualization tool (Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.).
Awareness data warehouse / data lake setup and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform)
