Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. **Job Description** People Analytics Consultant As a People Analytics Consultant, you will apply a broad set of analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills to drive data-informed decision-making across HR and business functions. You will lead initiatives that integrate human capital insights with operational strategy, enhancing both employee experience and business outcomes. **Core Skill Areas & Responsibilities** **1. Strategic HR Analytics** + **HR Strategy Alignment** : Translate organizational goals into measurable HR analytics strategies. + **Data-Driven Planning** : Collaborate with HR Talent Consultants (Business Partners) to set and track KPIs, enabling long-term workforce planning. + **Value Measurement** : Design and implement frameworks to quantify the impact of people initiatives across the business. **2. Data Storytelling & Communication** + **Insight Translation** : Convert complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. + **Executive Communication** : Present insights to senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions. + **Visualization Tools** : Use platforms like Power BI, Workday, or other people data systems to create intuitive dashboards and reports. **3. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence** + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Partner with Talent Consultants, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to co-create solutions. + **Project Leadership** : Manage multiple medium-to-large scale initiatives with minimal oversight. + **Consultative Mindset** : Guide stakeholders through analytics use cases, fostering trust and alignment. **4. Workforce Planning & People Insights (Examples)** + **Predictive Analytics** : Support forecasting for talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce needs. + **Employee Listening** : Analyze engagement, pulse, and lifecycle surveys to uncover actionable insights. + **Retention & Engagement** : Identify drivers of turnover and satisfaction through data exploration. + **Workforce Composition** : Support analytics that help structure the workforce in the most effective and efficient manner. **5. Data Fluency & Enablement** + **Capability Building** : Deliver training and workshops to elevate data literacy across HR and business teams. + **Self-Service Enablement** : Promote access to analytics tools and platforms, empowering users to explore data independently. + **Culture Advocacy** : Champion a data-driven culture by sharing success stories and recognizing impactful use of analytics. **6. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
