Responsibilities The Opportunity The People Analytics Consultant will deliver consulting services to bridge the gap between HR and data science, using data-driven insights to support evidence-based decision-making and improve various aspects of workforce management within the organization. In particular, this role will attend the Following New Tasks and New Scope: - New Consulting services to EMEA and APAC. - EMEA and APAC Turnover Forecast and Attrition Report. - Monthly KPIs Tracking Report. - People Executive Committee Quarterly Report. - Ad hoc New Service Request mostly from EMEA and APAC. Your Impact As People Analytics Consultant your responsibilities would consist of • Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, engagement, turnover, recruitment, and other relevant HR metrics. This involves working with large datasets from various sources such as HR systems, surveys, and performance evaluations. • Proactively collaborate with global stakeholders for the design of standardized services meeting business needs. • Analyze historical data, they can make predictions about future workforce trends, such as potential turnover rates or areas of skill gaps within the organization. • Provide insights into the effectiveness of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. • Design and develop analytical products to transform HR Information systems data into data driven tools that will enhance Talent decision making processes. • Based on the data insights, offer recommendations and help formulate strategies to address workforce challenges and capitalize on opportunities for growth. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? • Proven experience analyzing HR-related data to support decision-making. • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI and/or programming experience is a plus). • Quick learner and eager to develop new skills • Experience using Visier or similar workforce analytics tools. • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Attention to detail and highly organized, ability to work independently to meet deadlines • Willingness to work flexible hours.
