Oversee the daily activities of the Total Source Payroll Business partner team in Hyderabad to ensure operations as per the agreed SLAs. Drives important KPIs such as tNPS, Client Engagement, AHT, productivity, Coverage by PBPs and ensures targets and service level agreements are achieved. Responsible for taking a lead in escalations and getting on calls with clients whenever required. Supervise team and provide direction, feedback and assistance whenever needed. Ensures feedback and coaching is provided to associates with respect to their performance via monthly connects Drives strong Employee Engagement and ensures grievances from teams are addressed Creates a thriving environment for the mutual growth of associates & clients Should be adept at creating business reports and reporting performance management monthly for the associates Identifies clients business challenges and the markets they serve and seeks client feedback to make informed business decisions ##LI-DNI

Skills & Competencies Should have been a frontline leader for a minimum of 24 months and should have experience in managing span of control of at least 7. Should have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with a proven record of strong stakeholder engagement Should have experience in working with multiple stakeholders from US, Product, Enterprise learning etc Should have a proven track record of strong governance in driving the team towards achieving business results Should have strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive efficiencies and make decisions Domain expertise on Payroll will be an added advantage Should have completed graduation in B.Com or equivalent degree Should be open to work in the US shifts & office location is Hyderabad
