What You’ll Be Doing + Designing and delivering large-scale programmes aligned to client strategy. + Building strong relationships with clients, administrators, advisors, third party providers and internal teams. + Developing programme plans, governance frameworks, and reporting structures. + Facilitating steering groups and programme-level meetings. + Handling risks, interdependencies, and resource needs across projects. + Providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure alignment with evolving client goals. + Supporting clients in interpreting and implementing pension reform and policy changes. + Coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-conscious delivery.
