What You’ll Be Doing
+ Designing and delivering large-scale programmes aligned to client strategy.
+ Building strong relationships with clients, administrators, advisors, third party providers and internal teams.
+ Developing programme plans, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
+ Facilitating steering groups and programme-level meetings.
+ Handling risks, interdependencies, and resource needs across projects.
+ Providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure alignment with evolving client goals.
+ Supporting clients in interpreting and implementing pension reform and policy changes.
+ Coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-conscious delivery.

What We’re Looking For
+ Strong pensions consulting experience.
+ Deep understanding of defined benefit pensions and regulatory frameworks
+ Proven track record to lead complex programmes across multiple stakeholders.
+ Experience in strategic relationship management, project / programme governance and reporting, risk and dependency management, policy interpretation and stakeholder engagement.
+ Ability to provide strategic recommendations and adapt plans to meet evolving client needs.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Professional qualifications such as APMI, FIA, PRINCE2, MSP or similar
