Job Description
naThis role is individually accountable for assisting the Pensions Trust Companymanage the day-to-day affairs involved with our existing pension schemes within agreed service levelsResponsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries on pension products and services
• Register new businesses
• Data entry of all membership forms received in pension administration system
• Validate monthly contribution schedules
• Allocate contribution to scheme members
• Send out quarterly statements to clients
• Process all redemption requests; porting/resignations/withdrawals
• Prepare Data reports to National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) and other stakeholder
• Attend to all customer complaints
