We are looking for a Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to spearhead the design, architecture, and delivery of cutting-edge Pega-based enterprise solutions. As a senior technical leader, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Pega applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Architect and lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Pega applications across large-scale enterprise environments. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega development teams throughout the SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, and support). Ensure solutions adhere to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and performance benchmarks. Conduct design and code reviews, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Drive integration strategies with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols. Support DevOps initiatives by contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Stay current with Pega platform updates and industry trends to drive innovation and best practices.
