We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document functional and non-functional requirements for Pega Decisioning applications.Conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights and understand business processes, particularly in decisioning scenarios.Analysis and Design: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, specifically focusing on decision-making processes.Work with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Pega Decisioning solutions.Solution Validation: Participate in the design and review of Pega Decisioning solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and decision strategies.Assist in creating test plans and scenarios to validate that the implemented decisioning solutions meet business needs.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project status related to decisioning initiatives.Facilitate meetings, presentations, and training sessions to engage stakeholders and promote understanding of Pega Decisioning solutions.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, design decisions, and business processes related to decisioning.Create user manuals and training materials to support end-users in effectively utilizing Pega Decisioning applications.Continuous Improvement: Monitor application performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements in decisioning capabilities.Stay updated on Pega platform capabilities, particularly in decisioning and analytics, as well as industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
