Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Pega Developer to join their team. As a Pega Developer, you will be part of the development team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Pega Developer
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**What's the Job?**
+ Develop and implement Pega applications using version x.7 or higher.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
+ Participate in cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions.
+ Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
+ Maintain and enhance existing Pega applications to improve functionality.
**What's Needed?**
+ 7+ years of development experience with Pega.
+ Proven experience with Pega version x.7 or higher.
+ At least 1 year of experience in cloud migration.
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
