**Peer Review Coordinator – Saint Alphonsus Health System**
Location: **Boise, Idaho** (with flexibility to work in **Nampa** as needed)
Employment Type: **Full-Time, Day Shift (40 hours/week)**
Schedule: Open to **four 10-hour shifts** or **five 8-hour shifts**
Are you a detail-oriented RN passionate about improving patient care? Join our Performance Improvement team as a **Peer Review Coordinator** , supporting the medical staff peer review process across the health system. This role is key to enhancing care quality and safety through accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate and manage the Peer Review process.
+ Analyze case review data and integrate findings with Medical Records.
+ Communicate effectively with physicians, Medical Affairs, and Performance Improvement teams.
+ Support appointment/reappointment decisions with performance data.
**Qualifications:**
+ Licensed RN in Idaho.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience working with physicians and clinical staff.
+ BSN preferred, or 8+ years of professional RN experience.
+ Inpatient clinical experience and project management skills preferred.
+ Familiarity with a wide range of medical specialties and acute care settings is a plus.
