Join our Performance Improvement team as a **Peer Review Coordinator** , supporting the medical staff peer review process across the health system. This role is key to enhancing care quality and safety through accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate and manage the Peer Review process. + Analyze case review data and integrate findings with Medical Records. + Communicate effectively with physicians, Medical Affairs, and Performance Improvement teams. + Support appointment/reappointment decisions with performance data. **Qualifications:** + Licensed RN in Idaho. + Minimum 3 years of experience working with physicians and clinical staff. + BSN preferred, or 8+ years of professional RN experience. + Inpatient clinical experience and project management skills preferred. + Familiarity with a wide range of medical specialties and acute care settings is a plus. This is a system-level role based out of **Boise, Idaho** , with the **flexibility to work in Nampa** when needed.
