Operates and understands the function of the Peeler equipment.Monitors and records temperatures, times, volume levels, blend rates, and water levels in addition to other necessary data.Prepares and maintains raw product report data. Understands and adheres to the concepts and techniques of the quality process in order to ensure a quality operation.Participates in continuous improvement process.
