Monitors quality of incoming product and informs appropriate personnel of changes in production or quality.Operates peelers to minimize product waste (peel loss) and maximize peeler efficiency.Performs preventative and minor maintenance on machineryUnderstands and adheres to the concepts and techniques of the quality process in order to assure a quality operation.Accurately enters all information into the computer tracking system and completes all records and reports.
