Your work will include: + Conducting assessments and creating tailored care plans. + Delivering skilled, professional, and empathetic nursing care. + Building trust with patients, families, and fellow team members. + Observing and reporting changes in condition quickly and accurately. + Adapting to each child’s unique needs in their home environment. + Leading with compassion and excellence in every interaction. **What It Takes to Succeed** + RN degree from an accredited nursing program + Active RN license + 1+ year of nursing experience ( **pediatric experience preferred** ) + Reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and auto insurance + Ability to travel within your service area (up to 50%) + Ability to lift 50–100 lbs **_At Elara Caring, every nurse plays a vital role in bringing comfort, healing, and hope to families.
