This role involves conducting student evaluations, delivering therapy services, and maintaining accurate documentation in alignment with individualized plans of care and physician orders when applicable. ** For more information call or email me at either below. ** Eric Stewart 813-939-2002 erstewar@amergis.com Responsibilities: + Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for students + Provide physical therapy services in accordance with established plans + Document all services and progress notes accurately + Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student success + Travel between school sites within the designated area Minimum Requirements: + Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy or related field + Current Florida Physical Therapy License + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program + At least one year of professional experience (pediatric experience preferred) + CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Why Amergis: Join a team that values your expertise and supports your growth.
