Job Description
The Pediatric Office Manager is entrusted with the oversight of the daily administrative operations within a pediatric medical office. This role is vital for ensuring smooth clinic workflows, efficient patient scheduling, accurate billing, and adherence to healthcare regulations. The Office Manager acts as a liaison between clinical staff, administrative personnel, and patients, thereby fostering a welcoming and organized environment for families and children.

This position is 100% onsite at a pediatric medical clinic in Boynton Beach, working Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a team including 6 physicians, 5 medical assistants, 1 referral coordinator, 1 back office coordinator, 2 insurance verification specialists, and 2 receptionists.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
