Work Schedule:
UW Health Kids is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer working at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, WI. 100% FTE, day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8- or 10-hour shifts, with rotating evening/weekend call responsibility and 1-hour response time. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Qualifications
Completion of a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CHAAHEP) approved ultrasound program, Associate Degree in Biological Sciences, Radiology, Ultrasound, or relevant health sciences field RequiredBachelor's Degree in Ultrasound, Radiology, Biological Sciences, or relevant health sciences field Preferred
Work Experience
Pediatric echocardiography experience Preferred2 years of progressively responsible experience in a lab performing echocardiography testing Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Registered in Adult Echocardiography (AE) Upon Hire RequiredBasic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire RequiredPediatric Echocardiography (PE) PreferredFetal Echocardiography (FE) Preferred
