Production Engineering Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. You will be mainly accountable for:1. \tResponsible for daily affairs of AME department, such as document organization, process data analysis, organization and summary of paper materials, and process tracking.\t\t\t\t\t\t2. \tAssist engineers in completing auxiliary tasks such as process validation, data organization, and document preparation.\t\t\t\t\t\t3. \tAssist engineers in handling production line issues and be responsible for tracking daily process affairs.\t\t\t\t\t\t4. \tOther tasks assigned by AME department.\t\t\t\t\t\t

Qualifications for the role

Education(Level): Bachelor's degree is preferred\t\t\t\tMajor: Mechanical engineering or related\t\t\t\tLanguage:Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and good oral and written English\t\t\t\tPC Skills:\tExcel, CAD, etc.\t\t\t\tPersonality:\t\tPositive, proactive, optimistic, capable of working independently and good at communication\t\t\t\t\tProfessional experience and skills:With strong abilities of operating\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
