Lead for Program Direction Letters (PDLs) for Color & Trim (also known as Colour & Material (C&M) and Global Color Management System (GCMS) feed file by: Maintain and Conduct Color & Trim PDL and GCMS related Training Approve / Reject access requests in accordance with our security guidelines Help users and IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues Direct requesters to the correct sharepoint site or process step for Features & Options, Color & Trim, and Color Harmony Develop and Load GCMS feed file for N. America All New and MCA vehicle programs in to GCMS Use approved/published C&T PDL, FALcon, GCMS, PDO, MPNR, Feed File Macro, and GCMS module setup steps to Associate PDL row(s) to corresponding FALcon row(s) Note: can be a many to one, one to many, PDL error, or not updated to the latest WERS release Resolve issues using the typical Troubleshooting actions checklist Develop GCMS PM Health Report training if and when IT programming is completed and this capability becomes available Develop further macro enhancements as required for GCMS feed Interface with Design / Studio / IT on Color and Trim / GCMS issues as required Interface with 3DX team for color and trim direction integration in 3DX software tool Enhance Lessons Learned VBA maco as required Lead minor IT automation projects for vehicle programs, Core Program Management
