Job Requirements:Responsible on team technical competency according to the customer expectation.Leading and solving the PDE team technical queries.GD&T expertise, ASME certificationParametric modelingModel Based Definition (MBD)Master modeling conceptsConcept modelingProficient knowledge on stack upWorking knowledge of Aero/Gas turbine engines parts (Compressor, Turbine and Combustor)Good modeling and detailing knowledge of complex geometries like Discs, AirfoilsGD&T expertise, ASME certificationWorking knowledge of Aero/Gas turbine engines parts (Compressor, Turbine and Combustor)Good modeling and detailing knowledge of complex geometries like Discs, AirfoilsAviation experience is preferredRoles & Responsibilities (JD):Responsible for Quality of deliverables (Drawing, Model & Stackup) to achieve 100% FTYMentoring team member on technical doubts to complete the task on time to achieve 100% OTD.Conducting training on GD&T & customer standardParticipating in project kick of meeting Monitoring Process compliance of team Responsible for Preparing and presenting CAPA to customer (corrective & Preventive action) for defects identified by customer. Ensure the Product definition on 2D and MBD drawing with ASME std along with Customer std.Planning the training and accessing the team competency level.Responsible on team technical competency according to the customer expectation.Maintaining M&A documents for internal defects.Model Based Definition (MBD)Master modeling conceptsConcept modelingGD&T expertise, ASME certificationWorking knowledge of Aero/Gas turbine engines parts (Compressor, Turbine and Combustor)Good modeling and detailing knowledge of complex geometries like Discs, AirfoilsAviation experience is preferred
