We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.** The Product Development and Support department at Diagnostic Grifols S.A. is seeking a Product Development and Support Specialist to join our team. **What your responsibilities will be** + Tracking the defined strategy for system products, collaborating with other departments to follow the established objectives for new products, ensuring that the customer's voice is a key input in decision-making. + Defining requirements for the products to be developed, gathering the needs of all stakeholders. + Testing the instruments in development to detect errors and propose improvements. + Preparing and executing usability studies of the developed products. + Designing and writing technical information for Application Technicians and conducting training courses on the portfolio. + Writing user manuals for the developed products. **Who you are** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
