Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN. + Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients. + Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. + Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service. + Team members under the age of 18 may not independently operate mechanical lift equipment. Qualifications License(s)/Certification(s): + CNA certification preferred + Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire.
