PCP Analyst

Job Summary:Flowserve is currently looking for a PCP Analyst to work in production management and planning, with a focus on automating processes and optimizing operational flows. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that contractual deadlines are met, managing mechanical seal repair contracts and using programming tools in Excel to optimize manual processes.
Responsibilities:Managing mechanical seal repair contracts, guaranteeing deadlines and charging internal areas to avoid delays;Making Purchasing/Manufacturing decisions based on cost-benefit to meet contractual deadlines;Use the MRP system to analyze sales forecasts and plan production;Preparing and distributing production plans and weekly work order dispatch lists;Issue, release and carry out maintenance on production orders as required;Automating manual processes for billing separation and production control using VBA/Macros in Excel;Monitor and control production stages, ensuring compliance with planning;Follow up on purchase orders and track materials with the purchasing department;Identify and implement improvements in PCP processes to increase efficiency and reduce rework;Helping management resolve problems with late shipments, material shortages, customer deadline changes and order cancellations;Supporting the physical inventory count and control of material shipment forecasts;Initiate and coordinate corrective actions in case of receipt of non-conforming materials.And any other duties assignedRequirements:Technical training in Mechanics or studying Mechanical Engineering, Production or related areas;2 or 3 years' experience in the PCP function;Advanced Excel with VBA/Macros (essential);Knowledge of MRP, product structures, routing and production control;Reading and interpreting technical drawings;Knowledge of production planning, detailed scheduling, demand management and purchasing;Intermediate English
