New people leader position to lead PCF (Part Coordination Fixture) build process across all FNA new model programs. Facilitate PCF process on each program in support of VLS. Plan TDM PCF build team manpower and planning. Ensure process discipline across program.
Minimum Qualifications:
BSc, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or a related field) 10+ years' experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry Proven experience in PCF (Part Coordination Fixtures) Experience with sheet metal assembly processes and coordination Experience with sheet metal stamping operations Experience with checking fixtures and metrology Experience with part dimensional data
