This role plays a key part in identifying root causes of failures, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring product quality in FLIR Tallinn’s electronics production. **Detailed Description:** + Perform **troubleshooting and repair** of PCBAs down to component level + Identify **root causes** of failures and maintain a **database of errors** + Compose **technical reports** summarizing findings and recommending solutions + Provide **technical support** to the PCBA testing process + Suggest and implement **process improvements** based on test results + Set up and operate **test equipment** and instruments + Interpret **electrical drawings** , schematics, and technical documentation + Perform **rework** on assemblies and systems as needed **Requirements:** + Ability to **read and interpret electrical drawings** and technical documentation + Solid experience and knowledge in **radio electronics** , **analog** , and **digital circuits** + Strong skills in **soldering and component-level repair** + Familiarity with **IPC standards** (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610) + Basic understanding of **functional testing,** **ICT, FPT** + Previous work experience in an **electronics manufacturing environment** + Ability to work in **shifts** + **English language proficiency** (both verbal and written) Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
