Overview
We’re looking for a talented PCB Design Engineer with a strong foundation in electrical engineering to join our product development team. This role blends hands-on PCB layout expertise with broader system-level electrical design responsibilities. Ideal candidates will bring experience with Altium Designer and a passion for creating reliable, manufacturable, and high-performance circuit board assemblies.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineers and senior designers to develop PCBAs for both AC and DC applications across new and legacy product lines.Execute layout tasks including board sizing, component placement, signal routing, and power/ground plane design, all optimized for cost, manufacturability, thermal performance, and testability.Apply and refine design rules for each project, resolving constraint violations and ensuring compliance with internal standards.Present PCB designs during technical reviews and generate documentation packages aligned with internal engineering protocols.Required QualificationsAssociate degree in a technical discipline (BSEE or equivalent preferred).Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB design and layout.Proficiency with professional-grade PCB design tools, with a strong preference for Altium Designer.Solid understanding of electronic components and circuit behavior.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37.00 - $50.00/hr.
