Kforce is immediately adding a part-time PC & Printer Field Technician in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Waukesha, WI. Key Tasks: * Onsite break/fix of HP Equipment * Log service calls * Troubleshoot units (Diagnostic Testing) * Order appropriate parts * Repair systems * Run Diagnostics to confirm repair * Repairs will need to meet GEHC custom configuration requirements * Load appropriate O/S and applications * Return good/defective parts * Record and maintain all repair details * Update spreadsheets * Weekly repair/status update meeting with account team and customer * Perform onsite conversion projects * Perform quality screenings of material from company manufacturing as required * Maintain trusted relationship with GEHC * Pass all potential sales leads to the account team
