Implement and observe the quality, safety, and environmental standards in the relevant laboratory.Perform tests related to all submitted samples, ensuring the accuracy and precision of performing tests based on the latest instructions, and monitoring and confirming the accuracy of tests performed by the relevant technician/laboratory operator.Perform/report all tests related to quality control, quality assurance of tests under the supervision and approval of the relevant laboratory supervisor.Control equipment calibration and report any deviations to the relevant laboratory supervisor.Ensure the inventor/expiring date/ordering/confirmation of received materials.Prepare materials/solutions required for all laboratory tests and monitor the correctness of the technician/operator solution.Train trainees on safety and quality basics in the relevant laboratory.Risk assessment and opportunity analysis.Cooperate in the implementation and documentation of Standard ISO 17025 with the technical manager.Individual task for the leader of the environment monitoring plan committee in microbiology lab: follow-up actions and sharing MOMs, setting the meetings after non-conforming results, visual visit of the production site, gap analysis, reporting data, and team management.

Duties of the Veterinary Organization of the Technical Representative: 

(1 - control the hygiene of milk transport and vehicles, 2 - control the hygiene of the process, 3 - hygiene control of waste transfer, 4 - control of personal hygiene, 5 - record data).

Technical Competencies:

Knowledge of analyzing data.Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Safety, FSSC 22000, and Risk Food Safety.Knowledge of laboratory quality system, processes, implementation methods, and other documentation of the laboratory quality system.Complete mastery of how to conduct tests in the relevant department.ISO-IEC 17025 standard requirements and mastery of documentation matters and implementation methods of the ISO 17025 standard.Product knowledge.English fluency, both verbal and written.2 years of experience in the relevant lab.
