Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Essential responsibilities and duties

The main missions of the role are:
o    Run reports in SAP, update reports and distribute to relevant parties
o    Maintain Customer orders in relevant portals
o    Escalate any customer order errors to relevant support departments and ensure that errors are cleared
o    Update customer order fulfillment reports and graphs
o    Track customer orders against program volumes and forecasts to ensure customers order as forecasted
o    Responsible for administration with regards to exports
o    Extract and manipulate data and update Inventory accuracy reports and graphs
o    Support any other activities in PC&L from time to time as required

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications and position requirements

Minimum education level:  
o    National diploma in logistics or related qualification
Experience :
o    Experience in SAP and Excel
Skills and competencies:
o    Literate in MS Excel and SAP
