Your mission, roles and responsibilities

职位目标:确保工厂内工程更改顺利切换,产品包装和包材在成本节约的基础上获得质量保障,满足内外部客户的生产需求,有效衔接各环节的连贯性,物流现场及流程改善规划,物流改善新项目推进执行。
Objective:Ensure the smooth transition of engineering changes within the factory, guarantee product packaging and packaging materials with quality assurance based on cost savings, meet the production requirements of internal and external customers, effectively maintain continuity across all processes, plan improvements for logistics operations and processes, and promote and execute new logistics improvement projects.

工作职责Responsibility

1、负责参加公司的标准化物流评审工作,提出并实施改进建议,提高物流管理水平,并主导客户审核,以及更新客户门户网站物流相关信息。Responsible for participating in the company's standardized logistics reviews, proposing and implementing improvement suggestions to enhance logistics management standards, leading customer audits, and updating logistics-related information on the customer portal.

2、确保ECR更改已经被安排进项目进度,物料计划且在内部流程中;确定适当的包装和提出更改的生产边界日期,库存并联系供应商同时进行切换。Ensure that ECR (Engineering Change Request) changes have been incorporated into the project schedule and material planning, and are being managed within internal processes; determine appropriate packaging and propose the production cut-off date for changes, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to execute the transition simultaneously.

3、与项目团队保持密切的联系,协助物流部门内外部相关内容(运输,包装)。Maintain close communication with the project team and assist in internal and external logistics-related matters (such as transportation and packaging).

4、更新与工程更改相关的系统文件(BOM,物流会议)。Update system documents related to engineering changes (such as BOM, logistics meeting records).

5、根据ECR流程控制产品更改的申请日期,控制停产文件:减少呆滞库存到最小水平并重新组织文件用以获得客户的补偿。Control the application date for product changes according to the ECR process, manage production stoppage documentation: minimize obsolete inventory to the greatest extent possible, and reorganize documentation to claim compensation from the customer. 

6、负责客户包装以及工厂内部包装的变更优化,并按照计划完成。Responsible for optimizing changes to customer packaging and internal factory packaging, and completing them according to plan.

7、负责项目阶段的包装设计、验证确认更改并符合项目、生产、物流计划相关的进度要求。Responsible for packaging design during the project phase, verifying and confirming changes to ensure compliance with project, production, and logistics schedule requirements.

8、物流改善项目推进,主导物流内部系统优化,物流管理成本优化改进。Promote logistics improvement projects, lead internal logistics system optimization, and drive cost optimization and enhancements in logistics management.

9、主导工厂物流实物流和信息流(MIFD)优化改进,并保证处于最新状态)及时更新。Lead the optimization and improvement of the factory's physical logistics flow and information flow (MIFD), and ensure they are kept up-to-date with timely revisions.

10、领导安排的其他事项按质按量完成。Complete other tasks assigned by leadership with the required quality and quantity.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Bachelor's degree.Logistics major. 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.CET-4Logistics-related work experience.Proficient office software skills.Good communication skills.Have 1 year of team management experience.
