PBX - Product Protection B-Shift

Job Details:

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Product Protection. This position is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance of trailer refrigeration units on our plant site. The role involves monitoring, fueling, and maintaining these units to guarantee they are in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a fuel truck to service trailer refrigeration units.Record, monitor, and report the performance of refrigeration units.Fuel units and perform other related duties as required.Routinely push, pull, carry, and lift 40 pounds or more.Use hands and arms above shoulder level.Work outdoors for 8 to 10 hours a day in various weather conditions.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license.Ability to drive a fuel truck safely in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.

Work Schedule:

PBX operates 24/7, 365 days a year.Shifts can be either 4 or 5 days a week and may include weekends, depending on the shift.Must be flexible to work the currently available shift(s).

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have 1-month prior experience operating machinery in the last 12 months.

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson have minimum waiting period of 180 days and a 3-time employment limit for this location.
