Location Description Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public. Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. Expanding to 1400 rooms in October 2025! Three restaurants including a Starbucks. 105,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms. Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields. All professional clientele. In addition, assist with checking guests into the front desk, luggage assistance and creating guest name badges. This is a full-time position. $17.75 per hour. Weekend availability required. Responsibilities Answer and process all incoming/outgoing guest and in-house calls. Responsible for Maintenance Service ticket input and tracking. Be knowledgeable of all services provided by the hotel to answer guest questions. Ensure guest name badges are created and organized based on the group arrivals. Assist with checking guests in and collecting and distributed guest luggage. Qualifications Previous guest or customer service experience preferred. Good computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word preferred. Friendly and outgoing personality. Likes to talk to people. Job Category: DUCareersInHotel
