Huron Consulting Group’s Oracle EPM Planning & Strategy (P&S) team plays a key role in helping organizations in the Greater China market navigate complex transformations1. Based in our Singapore hub, you will be a pivotal part of a global team dedicated to delivering impactful digital transformation solutions for our clients2. Drawing on extensive expertise, our teams work closely with clients to create practical plans that address immediate challenges while positioning them for long-term success3. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and internal Huron teams to drive strategic planning, optimize annual planning processes, and implement industry-specific strategies for leading organizations in the region4. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a consultant for clients in the Greater China market on Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (PBCS/EPBCS). • Translate complex corporate FP&A processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning) into well-designed Oracle EPM solutions. • Analyze business requirements, write detailed functional specifications, and design technology solutions to meet client needs5. • Develop, configure, and test Oracle EPM applications, including data integrations, business rules, and reporting. • Communicate project status and technical concepts effectively in both verbal and written formats to business and IT stakeholders. • Interface directly with business users to troubleshoot issues, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of the solution6. • (For Senior Associate) Lead project workstreams, mentor junior team members, and contribute to solution architecture design. Mandatory Requirements • Language Proficiency: Business fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential for liaising with clients and stakeholders in the China market. Cantonese is a strong plus. • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience7. **_Requirements:_** + _1-3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (preferably PBCS/EPBCS)9_ _with a toal of 4 to 6 Years of experience._ + _Demonstrated understanding of core corporate FP&A processes and financial principles._ + _Experience in analyzing requirements, conducting tests, and supporting business users10_ _._ + _Familiarity with integration tools like FDMEE or Data Management and automation scripts such as EPM Automate11_ _Strong, hands-on experience with integration tools (FDMEE, Data Management, or ODI) and developing automation scripts with EPM Automate14._ **_Preferred Skills & Attributes_** _Professional experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or a similar global consulting environment is highly desirable._ _Exceptional client-facing communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills._ _Ability to work independently with minimum guidance in a dynamic, project-based environment15._ _Familiarity with emerging EPM technologies and AI-driven features (e.g., Predictive Planning, Auto Predict) within the Oracle ecosystem._ _Prior experience working with clients in the Greater China region is a significant advantage._ **Position Level** Associate **Country** Singapore At Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
