The Colleague Experience Group (CEG), formerly known as Human Resources, seeks to provide a great colleague
experience every day.
We are looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team, and lead key processes for LAC region, also to support the
ongoing strategic transformation of the team, focused on improve end-to-end Servicing experience.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Main responsibilities:
· Execute Payroll Tax and Regulatory processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting and payment to the local
authorities.
· Lead reporting and payment of regulatory and tax obligations (e.g. ISN, ISR, SS). Coordinate with internal and external
stakeholders to proceed with reporting and payments
· Support Payroll Operations. Conduct controls and validations to ensure timely and accurate payment to colleagues.
· Support continues improvements and initiatives related to payroll and payroll tax function in the region.
· Support internal audits and external Mexico Federal and State tax authorities inquires and intimations.
· Create and maintain repository source of information and documentation (SOPs) as per company standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
· 5+ years of Mexico payroll and payroll tax work experience is required/mandatory.
· 2+Proof experience in Tax and Regulatory matters for LAC (Mexico and preferred Argentina, Brasil. Chile.)
· Knowledge on regulatory processes such us: SS, ISN, ISR.
· Experience with SAP Payroll system or similar.
· Advanced level of English.
· Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
· Highly organized and detail oriented.
· Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadliness are met.
· Strong Leadership Skills.
· Stakeholder management.
· Advanced level of English.
