Payroll Supervisor

Your Tasks:

Final approval of wages for the whole departmentPayroll accountingCooperation with the accounting departmentPreparation of reports for social and health insurancePreparation of certificates to the ChamberPreparation of reports according to the assignmentIPACE inspections - new staff, terminations, changesRepair and bulk upload of holidays
 

Your Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating a team of payroll accountants to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Overseeing the entire payroll process, from attendance processing to final payment.Ensuring compliance with payroll, tax and social insurance legislation.Complete payroll processingTimely and accurate payment of wages to all employeesHandling complex payroll cases and consulting with employees on payroll and benefits issues.Preparation of payroll reports for statistical offices and ad hoc reportsCooperation with other departments of the companyActive participation in company auditsOptimization of processes in the payroll department, introduction of new systems and technological solutions to make work more efficient.Correct implementation of personnel administrationSupporting staff development through training programmes

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s / master’s degree preferably in human resources management, business, IT or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 2-4 of experience in Team management.Enterprise Resource Planning expertise in the following areas/modules preferred: Workday: ERP System-Modules, Human Capital Management (HCM), HR Core, Absence & Time-off, Benefits, Compensation, Job Catalogue, HR Adm, HR IT and HR Reporting.Good understanding of HR business processes. Familiar with standard concepts, procedures and practices within HRStrong customer service and Team Management skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution by the team.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlinesGood management skills with ability to lead cohesive and productive teams (both onsite and virtually)Team player with proactive approach and problem solving skillsFluency in the English language in the business environment
