Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Supervisor to oversee and manage full-cycle payroll operations for a large workforce. This long-term contract position is based in Chicago, Illinois, and requires expertise in handling complex payroll processes across multiple states. Join our team to ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration while contributing to the efficiency of our organization. Responsibilities: • Manage and execute full-cycle payroll processes for over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Oversee multi-state payroll operations, ensuring compliance with varying state regulations. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now and UKG Pro systems to process payroll and generate reports. • Coordinate bi-monthly payroll schedules and address any discrepancies promptly. • Ensure proper tax withholdings, deductions, and employee benefits are accurately applied. • Supervise payroll audits to maintain compliance and resolve any issues identified. • Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to streamline payroll-related workflows. • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. • Provide guidance and training to team members on payroll procedures and system usage. • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements • Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll for a large workforce. • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and processes. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and UKG Pro systems. • Demonstrated expertise in bi-monthly payroll operations. • Ability to manage payroll for over 500 employees with attention to detail. • Familiarity with payroll compliance, tax laws, and benefit deductions. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Capacity to handle confidential information securely and ethically.
