You will work closely with the Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Benefits team to maintain seamless data flow and compliance with company policies and local legislation. This role provides an opportunity to take charge of payroll operations across several entities within the region (Australia, Japan, Singapore, India, South Korea, and Hong Kong) at a company focused on making business more human!\n \n\nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nAttention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in processing payroll and managing employee data changes.\nStrong Analytical Skills: Conducting audits and reconciling payroll items effectively.\nEffective Communication: Promptly responding to employee inquiries and coordinating information cross-functionally.\nTime Management: Thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple country payrolls.\nCollaborative Mindset: Working with external payroll vendors and cross-functional teams to achieve goals.\n\n

Things You’ll Do\n\n\nEnsure Accurate Payroll Processing: Process monthly payrolls accurately and timely, reflecting data changes.\nVendor Management: Oversee external payroll vendors and ensure seamless service delivery.\nData Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly collect and verify payroll-related data.\nCompliance and Auditing: Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.\nStatutory Filings and Reporting: Manage annual returns and statutory filings related to payroll and benefits.\nFinancial Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll items and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.\n\n\n
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n\nBachelor’s degree with a business-related major. Even better if you have studied finance, accounting, banking, mathematics and/or actuarial studies. \nStrong Excel skills and proficiency in analysing data.\nAbility to handle high-volume workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nExcellent communication skills in English.\n\n\n
