We are looking to add a Payroll Specialist with experience in payroll management to our Human Resources team.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate execution of the full payroll process and settlement of social security contributions.
Manage communications with Public Administration and related institutions (INSS, SEPE, TGSS, AEAT). This includes handling procedures through the RED System, Contrat@, SILTRA, and Certific@2.
Calculate and adjust personal income tax (IRPF), and file forms 111 and 190.
Provide support and advice to internal clients
CompetenciesDegree in Labor Relations or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll management and personnel administration, ideally in a multi-company environment.
Proficient in using a payroll system (experience with Iberper from Grupo Ayesa is a plus).
Solid knowledge of payroll processing, social security contributions, and personal income tax (IRPF).
Knowledge of labor regulations will be valued.
