**Description** **Do you have the expertise and drive to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations?** We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Payroll Specialist II** to join our dynamic team in **Warrenville, IL (Hybrid)** . In this role, you’ll play a vital part in processing multi-state payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while supporting a collaborative and fast-paced corporate environment. **This is a contract position expected to run through November, with the potential for extension based on business needs.** **Responsibilities:** + Process and reconcile payroll transactions using Deltek Vision and UKG, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Maintain payroll records, including earnings, tax deductions, and leave balances. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, including California Wage and Hour rules. + Manage garnishments, manual checks, and relocation metrics. + Respond to employee inquiries and helpdesk tickets regarding payroll issues. + Collaborate with HR and other departments to load and validate import files. + Support year-end reporting processes (W-2, W-2c, etc.). + Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements. **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll. + Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, UKG, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Proven ability to process payroll for 2,000+ employees. + Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and employer-paid benefits. + High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with payroll regulations. + Strong analytical and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. + A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. **Why Join Us?** At ENTRUST Solutions Group, we offer more than just a job; we provide a pathway to impactful and fulfilling work.
