Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with a strong background in ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing payroll processes using ADP’s platform and a solid understanding of payroll compliance and reporting. This opportunity is with a well-established global organization in the healthcare and medical technology space. The company operates internationally across research, development, manufacturing, and commercial functions, and is part of a larger corporate group with a strong global presence and multi-billion-dollar annual revenues.
Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processes for both exempt and non-exempt workforceOversee and manage time clock systemsProvide customer service and support to employees and management regarding payroll inquiriesLead the development of scalable payroll processesEnsure timely and accurate payroll submission and reportingConduct payroll reconciliation and cleanup tasksCommunicate effectively with employees and management to resolve payroll issuesQualifications:
2+ years of experience with ADP Workforce NowProficient knowledge of federal and state tax withholding requirementsUnderstanding of garnishment procedures, wage and hour laws, FLSA, Social Security, and Medicare withholdingSound understanding of payroll accounting requirements and their relation to the General LedgerProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with Bullhorn or similar timekeeping systemsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
HRIS experience is a plusCanadian payroll experience is a plusWork Environment:
This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote, with some flexibility in days and hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
