Payroll Specialist (Hybrid)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with a strong background in ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing payroll processes using ADP’s platform and a solid understanding of payroll compliance and reporting. This opportunity is with a well-established global organization in the healthcare and medical technology space. The company operates internationally across research, development, manufacturing, and commercial functions, and is part of a larger corporate group with a strong global presence and multi-billion-dollar annual revenues. Responsibilities: + Manage payroll processes for both exempt and non-exempt workforce + Oversee and manage time clock systems + Provide customer service and support to employees and management regarding payroll inquiries + Lead the development of scalable payroll processes + Ensure timely and accurate payroll submission and reporting + Conduct payroll reconciliation and cleanup tasks + Communicate effectively with employees and management to resolve payroll issues Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now + Proficient knowledge of federal and state tax withholding requirements + Understanding of garnishment procedures, wage and hour laws, FLSA, Social Security, and Medicare withholding + Sound understanding of payroll accounting requirements and their relation to the General Ledger + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel + Experience with Bullhorn or similar timekeeping systems + Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Additional Skills & Qualifications: + HRIS experience is a plus + Canadian payroll experience is a plus Work Environment: This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote, with some flexibility in days and hours. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $68000.00/yr. Full benefits - healthcare, pto, etc. Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Lakewood,CO.
