This role is fully in office, Monday-Friday with standard business hours. Responsibilities include: + Weekly Payroll Taxes: Oversee and ensure timely and accurate filing of payroll taxes + Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and submit quarterly financial reports in compliance with company standards and regulations + Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies Qualifications: + 3 yrs+ of payroll processing experience + Previous experience in payroll processing and tax compliance. + Knowledge of accounting software and tools. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
