This role offers an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity for a payroll professional with expertise in processing payroll for large employee bases within ADP systems. Key Responsibilities: + Process payroll for 500+ employees accurately and in a timely fashion using ADP systems. + Validate, reconcile, and audit payroll data to ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations. + Manage employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to earnings, taxes, and deductions. + Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. + Track and process garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and other specialized payment items. + Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless data integration. + Generate reports and provide payroll data for audits or as requested by management. + Stay informed of payroll best practices, system changes, and tax law updates. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: + Required Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of payroll experience with a focus on processing payroll for 500+ employees. ADP experience is a must. + Thorough knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and best practices. + Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems; ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and resolve complex payroll discrepancies. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service. + Ability to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
